Registration for ICAD 2027 will open 1 February 2027.

Registration, Invoice, and Payment Instructions

Payment can only be made via ConfTool and the PagoPA system. Cash payments and/or credit card payments at the venue will not be accepted.
The registration fees for participants include:
- Access to all sessions
- Conference materials including programme
- Lunches and refreshment breaks
- Welcome Reception
- Visit of Brunico Castle
- NOI Techpark and Industry Visits
Registration fees do not include:
- Accommodation
- Travel and associated costs
- Travel insurance
- Conference Dinner — needs to be booked separately within the registration
Fees

| Reduced fee* | 200 € |
| Additional paper fee** | 150 € |
| Social Dinner | 60 € |
* Reduced fees for:
- PhD students participating at the Doctoral Workshop from 13–15 June 2027
- Participants from developing (least, low, lower-middle, upper-middle income) countries according to the OECD list: ODA recipients — OECD
** Up to 3 paper submissions per presenting author (paper + max. 2 additional papers)
Letter of Invitation for VISA
Should you require a letter of invitation in order to apply for a visa, this can be requested upon registration by writing an email to icad2027@unibz.it.
